ALL APPLICATIONS GO THROUGH A 3-STAGE REVIEW PROCESS

Applications are reviewed for completeness and alignment with the APA Extended Family Profile:

    • Strong parental testimony reflecting APA principles.
    • Consistent parental support throughout the application process.
    • Strong academic and behavioral record.
  • Additional documentation, phone screenings, or placement testing may be required. Incomplete applications will be returned for completion.
  •

All references, testimonies, academic history, IEPs, and other relevant information are considered. Applicants may be asked to provide additional information, participate in a screening phone call, or complete placement testing.

Incomplete applications will be returned to the parent to complete and resubmit.

Complete applications that have passed the review stage will be placed in the wait pool. We may request additional information if needed.

Final approval is contingent upon an in-person interview.

Interviews are conducted in recurring cycles as openings become available at the applicant’s grade level. An interview does not guarantee enrollment.

You will receive an email with instructions to submit an enrollment packet. The student’s birth certificate and immunization records will be required in order to submit this packet.

INVEST IN MORE THAN AN EDUCATION

An Advance Prep Academy education is a significant investment in a student’s future. We are dedicated to the holistic development of our students, fostering growth in every aspect of their lives. Our hope is that students gain wisdom, knowledge, and a more focused approach to life and worldview as they cultivate a lifestyle of character, leadership, service, stewardship, and faith.

did you know that

0 %

of APA families utilize
some form of scholarship?

At Advance Prep Academy, we believe that quality education should be accessible to all families. With a variety of financial aid options available, most families qualify for some form of assistance!

For K-12 students, there are multiple tuition assistance programs that can significantly offset tuition costs. Programs such as SUFS, FES, FES-UA, and FTC provide scholarships available to all Florida students, regardless of income level. We encourage every family to explore and take advantage of these incredible opportunities to make an APA education possible for their child.

Yes. Our mission is to “partner with parents to prepare the next generation to impact the world for Christ.” To meet this mission, we cannot serve families that do not align with our Statement of Faith.  We expect that both parents be Christians. In some cases, we may enroll a child if only one parent is a Christian.

In addition to completing the application forms, the following items are required to complete the application:

  • Current year report card or progress report
  • Previous year’s report card
  • Transcripts for all high school credits earned (if applicable)
  • Discipline records or a statement from the school stating there is no discipline history
  • Most recent standardized test scores
  • IEP/504 Plan (if applicable)
  • Custodial legal documentation (if applicable)

If you have trouble obtaining any of the required documents, please contact us at apaloweradmissions@gmail.com

During the application process, you’ll be asked to select your child’s upcoming grade, which will determine the campus they will attend. We encourage you to schedule a tour to explore our K-5 and 6-12 academic campuses and learn more about the unique opportunities each offers.

Please ensure that all questions are answered for each student when completing the application process. Since we review each application individually, we are unable to cross-reference information between sibling applications.

To save time, you may copy and paste information from a sibling’s application by downloading the application PDF from your Application Portal. This allows you to maintain consistency while ensuring each application is complete.
